suche Unter/-Nachmieter für Max-Planck-Strasse

Mein Name ist Sebastian und ich werde ab Juni bis Ende des Semesters in Stuttgart meine Bachelor-Arbeit schreiben. Damit ich bei meine Rückkehr noch denselben Raum habe wie jetzt suche ich ab Juni einen Unter/-Nachmieter der meinen Raum übernimmt.

Das Zimmer ist in der Max-Planck-Strasse 3.4.03.2. und ca 18m² groß. Zu der Standardaustattung (Tisch, Stuhl, Bett Schrank, Lampe) kommen noch ein extra Entspannungsstuhl sowie eine Couch. 

Der Zeitraum ist von Juni bis mindestens Ende August, wobei September optional ist. Die Rente beträgt 231.50

My name is Sebastian and from june until the end of the semester i will be in Stuttgart writing my Bachelor thesis. So i can keep my room when i return i am looking for someone to take it over in that time.

The room is in Max-Planck-Strasse 3.4.03.2 and additionally to the given furniture (bed, desk, chair , lamp, cupboard) there is also an extra relaxation chair as well as a couch. 

The rental time would be form june until the end of august. The september is optional. Rent costs 231.50€.
